60-Day Money-Back Promise — If you are not satisfied with your Sterling Creatine Monohydrate Capsules for any reason, email sterling.supplements.health@gmail.com within 60 days of your original purchase date with your order number. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first purchase and is separate from subscription billing (see Subscription Policy).

How to Request a Refund — Email us with your order number. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders — Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue; we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
